Why I Created the Feel Good Collective

I built the Feel Good Collective because I kept seeing the same pattern in my clients. Smart, capable women who know what to do to take care of their health, but who couldn’t stay consistent.

Not because they didn’t care. Not because they’re lazy. Not because they lack willpower. But because most wellness advice ignores stress, bandwidth, and the reality of women and their busy lives.

I’ve spent years studying how stress, nervous system regulation, nutrition, and habit formation actually work together. And what I’ve learned is that we need spaces to support one another and places where we can learn how our actual bodies work so we can work with our biology v. against it. 

The Feel Good Collective is the container I wish I created sooner. One where women can learn what wellness really looks like, get support without shame, and build health habits that stick even when life is sticky.

Because health really isn’t about doing more. It’s about learning what works for you and building in support that matches your life.
