  • That's actually common. Most approaches assume your body is a machine that just needs better instructions. But if your nervous system is in survival mode, no amount of "perfect eating" will stick. We address the conditions first then build strategies that work with your body's current state.

  • No. I teach you to decode what your body is asking for so you can make decisions that serve you not follow someone else's rules. That being said, I do provide healthy recipes, meal options and cookbooks based on what your body needs.

  • Then it’s probably not the right time for you. Consistent support is what allows you to decode patterns, build new responses, and create trust with your body. If you need more flexibility, The Feel Good Collective might be a better fit.
