Sounds harsh, I know. But I’ve been you. Waxing and weaning about manifestation and spiritual concepts. Reaching for the overly complicated practices and d disciplined routines because simple exercises felt below you. And leaning into the science and esoteric because it was easier to intellectualize spirituality than live it.

I was performing spirituality v. living it and that’s why I couldn’t walk my talk. Same goes for you.

But, listen, you remedy that. But it’s going to involves confronting your real fears, diving deep into your healing, and opening up to other ways of being.
