Here to make wellness super practical.

I meditate every morning for at least 30 minutes, but I couldn’t meditate for more than 90 seconds when I started.

My life is super full, but it’s not stressful. Meditation helps. But it’s more than that.

I’ve learned how to take care of my vessel, and it’s changed the game for me in every area of my life.

Before I got here though, I was unknowingly stuck in survival mode as I had normalized my overfunctioning, exhaustion and disconnection.

I’ve spent over a decade learning why I did that, why others do it, and regulate and rewire the brain and body.

I’m on a mission to help ambitious women heal their systems so they can live a full, beautiful life.

And while this work takes time as there is no quick fix — the walk is worth it.

Because when learn to move from survival mode into thrive mode — you live as your soul intended. And that means you’ll finally show up to your work and to people with freedom, joy, and aliveness.

My favorite people to work with have big hearts and dreams and know that that to get from here to there, they can’t keep doing what their doing.

If what I shared resonated with you and you want some help healing your body and brain, let’s explore working together.

My Belief

The body is key to living your purpose

Listen, I’ve done the work. I decided to go to an intense year-long health coaching certification almost immediately after getting a masters from a medical school. I’ve gone to meditation retreats. Shoot, I even study with monks. I know a lot of things and here’s my biggest takeaway thus far: If you want to live out our purpose, you have to learn how to work with our body and brain. Because you cannot thrive, you cannot tap into Source, you cannot just “be” if you’re living survival mode. That’s why to live as your intended — you must heal your body and brain. My unique gift is helping you learn how to take care of you.

  • “I reached out to Erica because I was overwhelmed by the current state of my business and artistic pursuits, and I felt like I couldn't find the way forward on my own. Our time together was transformational. She helped me uncover the harmful patterns of thinking I'd developed and tap into my true self. As a result of our session, I left with a sense of peace and purpose—and a tangible plan for regaining my joy. I didn't expect Erica to be able to help me feel such ease and focus in such a short amount of time, but she did. And less than a week after our call, I closed my largest, client engagement yet—with the exact type of work I want to do in my business going forward."
