Set a timer for 10-minutes and answer the journal prompts below.

  • What showed up for me in my meditation?

  • Why was I given the guidance I received?

  • If I'm being 100% honest with myself, what is the best next step for me right now?

  • To ensure I take this step, what needs to happen?

Note: If you answer the questions before the time goes off, KEEP WRITING. There is a method to this madness. So, keep writing even if you think you’re “done”.
